II’m Muds, a Long Island real estate salesperson with OverSouth LLC, working with buyers and sellers across Suffolk and Nassau Counties. My focus is simple. I help people make clear, confident real estate decisions without noise, pressure, or confusion.
Before entering real estate, I spent more than twenty years in technology and product work. My career centered on simplifying complex systems and helping people make better decisions in high-stakes environments. Clarity was never optional. That mindset is what I bring into real estate today.
I don’t believe real estate needs to feel chaotic or rushed to be effective. I believe it should feel structured, thoughtful, and calm. Every client relationship starts with listening. I want to understand motivation before numbers, and priorities before pressure. From there, I lay out the facts honestly so clients know exactly where they stand.
I’m a Certified Listing Professional and Certified Expert Buyer Agent and I’m currently completing additional certifications as a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, and Certified Business Development Agent. For me, education isn’t about titles. It’s about responsibility. Real estate decisions affect families, finances, and long-term stability. Preparation matters.
I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and sellers who want a clear plan instead of guesswork. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice or online noise. My role is to slow the process down just enough so the right decisions become obvious.
On the buyer side, I help clients understand pricing, competition, and timing before emotions take over. Speed without clarity creates risk. My focus is helping buyers know when to act, when to wait, and what actually matters in an offer.
On the seller side, I focus on preparation and positioning. Pricing is based on real data, not hope. Strategy is built before the home hits the market, not after. Marketing is purposeful, not loud. Negotiation is calm, firm, and grounded in facts.
Outside of real estate, I’m a local dad with kids in school here on Long Island. I live in the same communities I serve. I understand that buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction. It’s tied to routines, finances, and peace of mind.
I don’t believe in big promises. I believe in consistency. Clear communication. Honest numbers. Thoughtful moves. My goal isn’t to be a one-time salesperson. It’s to be a long-term real estate resource clients trust and return to.
I am currently working with the OverSouth LLC. For your protection, please note that we will never ask for your Social Security number, bank account details, or other highly confidential information over email. Wire fraud is real, and before wiring any funds, you should always call the intended recipient at a phone number you already know and trust to confirm instructions. Please also be aware that the sender does not have the authority to bind any third party to a real estate contract through written or verbal communication. If you are a buyer or seller, I have included links to helpful resources such as your home valuation, an affordability calculator, New York State buyer and seller agency disclosures, fair housing information, tenants’ rights regarding reasonable accommodations, and the lead based paint booklet to help you stay informed and make confident decisions.
