My name is Mohammed Mudassir. Everyone calls me Muds. I live in Nesconset with my wife Iqra, who is also licensed, and our three kids. Long Island is not a market to me. It is home. Warm beaches twenty minutes away in two directions, and real winters with real snow.
Before real estate I spent 25 years in tech in the San Francisco Bay Area. Product management, UX design, design systems. The project I am proudest of: I helped get Urdu script onto the iPhone before Apple officially supported it. I saw a gap nobody else was fixing, built the app myself, made the case, and Apple eventually shipped Urdu across all their platforms. That is the same instinct I bring to every transaction. Find the gap. Fix it properly.
Here is what that looks like in practice. A few winters ago a storm shut the roads the day of a closing walkthrough. My clients needed it done. So I drove through the snow and got it done. I did not think it was a big deal at the time. My clients did. That is the job: available when it matters, clear when it counts, and fighting for you quietly.
And this is a team. My wife Iqra Mudassir is a licensed salesperson too, and we built The Muds Team around one principle: the person in front of us gets everything we have. No tiers, no second class service.
