What we collect
We collect only what you give us: your name, phone number, email, the town or address you ask about, and the messages you send us through the website, the chat, a form, or a text message. We also keep basic, cookieless website counts so we know which pages help people. We do not use Google Analytics and we do not track you across other sites.
The tools and your contact
Our calculators and reports show headline numbers free. Opening the full detail asks once for an email or a cell number. That contact is stored as a lead, which means Muds may personally reach out about the market you looked at, and an email may receive the newsletter, which every edition lets you leave with one tap. A cell number given here is never added to any text list and is never texted by a machine. Unlocking sets one cookie on your device so the tools stay open for you; it holds no personal information, only a signed timestamp.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your question, send you the market report or reply you asked for, and follow up about your real estate inquiry. That is all.
Text messaging and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
