Standardized Operating Procedures

OverSouth Real Estate maintains Standardized Operating Procedures pursuant to New York Real Property Law Section 442 H, signed by the broker. In plain English: prospective buyers are NOT required to show identification, sign an exclusive buyer broker agreement, or provide mortgage preapproval or proof of funds before touring a home with us. A seller may still require any of these before a showing or as part of an offer, and we will tell you when that is the case.
