My wife and I didn’t think we needed a real estate agent to assist with our purchase of a condo in Eastern Long Island when Mohammed “Muds” Mudassir returned my call to view a particular property. However, after meeting with Muds at the property, he quickly demonstrated the value he could add to our search by providing a detailed list of the pros and cons of the unit we were looking at, his realistic assessment of the value of the property we were viewing and comparisons of that property to others that were on the market or recently sold in the area. In addition, he provided a strategy for landing a winning bid. When placing the bid, Muds did not merely submit a number to the sellers, but wrote a thoughtful and well developed email that outlined how we arrived at the prices we were offering and how our offers compared to recent sales of similar properties in the development we were considering and in neighboring developments. We were able to review, discuss and sign-off on all of those emails and Muds listened and responded to our suggestions. Once our offer was accepted, Muds provided us recommendations for alll of the other services we would need to close the purchase, including a lawyer, a home inspector and insurance agents. All of them were reasonably-priced and very knowledgeable. I won’t go so far as to say my wife and I couldn’t have completed the acquisition without the help of Muds, but I can say that his thoughtfulness and responsiveness made the process infinitely better. Whether you are a first-time buyer or a seasoned real estate veteran, I highly recommend Muds for a place on your team.

Mohammed aka Muds emphasized his philosophy of treating his customers like MVPs. I remember when first reaching out I got an instant response anytime we had an urgent request or matter that needed tending to Muds was there to take care and with quick results. He even offered to stop by the house we were purchasing to help us when it would have been a nightmare getting out there.
