Two More Hauppauge Industrial Buildings Change Hands
A Chicago area investment firm just added two more Hauppauge buildings to its Long Island holdings. Venture One Real Estate picked up 88 Arkay Drive and 205 Marcus Blvd in a combined deal worth just under 6.9 million dollars. Together the two buildings add up to about 32,700 square feet on roughly two and a half acres.
Both properties came with tenants already in place. ULC Technologies, which works in infrastructure robotics, occupies the Arkay Drive building, and iRocket, which makes components for aerospace and defense, is the sole tenant on Marcus Blvd. The sale was handled off market through Cushman and Wakefield, as Long Island Business News reported, with the buyer and seller both represented by the same brokerage team.
This is just the latest piece of a broader pattern, since the firm has now picked up more than 600,000 square feet across Nassau and Suffolk in recent years. Hauppauge keeps drawing this kind of steady industrial investment, building by building.
